Fénix Legendario
Fénix Legendario Studios, S.R.L. is a Dominican film production company founded in Santiago de los Caballeros in 2015, dedicated to the development, production and promotion of audiovisual projects.
Our story
Fénix Legendario Studios was born in Santiago de los Caballeros under the direction of Ronny A. Sosa, screenwriter, director and producer, together with co-founders Biviana Bautista, Julio Grisanty and Adalberto Jiménez — a team set on developing audiovisual projects from the northern region of the Dominican Republic.
Over a decade the company has built a body of work in fiction, documentary and animation, with productions such as La Bruja, Zoilo Volará, Nuestra Tierra and Boru, while taking part in initiatives that support the growth of the Dominican film industry.
From Santiago de los Caballeros, Fénix Legendario Studios tells stories that connect with audiences, value Dominican identity and can travel beyond its borders. In 2025 the company celebrated its tenth anniversary.
